As a Sales Accounts Manager, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth through proactive sales, client engagement, and account management. You will collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention while positioning our ICT and cybersecurity services as industry-leading solutions.
This position requires a mix of strategic thinking, communication skills, and technical sales expertise to convert prospects into loyal clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in ICT and cybersecurity solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence
- Present and promote ICT and cybersecurity products to potential clients
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and client proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, ICT, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years in sales, account management, or business development
- Proven experience in ICT, cybersecurity, or technology solutions sales is highly desirable
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
