Job Description:
The Head of Marketing will drive customer acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies. The role focuses on increasing product adoption, improving conversion rates, and supporting overall business profitability within the fintech and SME space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets
• Lead customer acquisition across digital, partnerships, and referral channels
• Manage brand positioning, campaigns, and PR initiatives
• Oversee digital marketing (paid ads, SEO, website performance, CRM, email marketing)
• Drive product marketing and go-to-market strategies
• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
• Lead and manage the marketing team and external partners
Requirements:
• Experience in SaaS or fintech marketing (SME focus preferred)
• Strong digital marketing and performance analytics skills
• Proven track record in customer acquisition and conversion optimization
• Analytical, data-driven mindset
• Strong leadership and communication skills
