About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Lead to drive marketing initiatives across multiple client accounts, with a primary focus on a fast-growing startup microfinance bank. Based within our agency, this role balances client leadership, campaign execution, and cross-account strategy, acting as a trusted marketing partner to clients across different industries.
You’ll lead marketing strategy and delivery for complex, high-impact accounts while supporting growth and innovation across the broader client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead marketing strategy and execution across multiple client accounts
•Serve as the primary marketing lead for a startup microfinance bank client
•Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with each client’s business goals
•Ensure brand consistency, regulatory compliance (where applicable), and performance excellence across campaigns
•Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, content, paid media, partnerships, activations)
•Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, agency leadership, and internal creative, media, and strategy teams
•Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
•Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across accounts
•Support pitches, proposals, and onboarding of new clients
Requirements
•5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within an agency or client-facing environment
•Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
•Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or other regulated industries
•Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
•Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

•Prior team leadership or mentoring experience
