Job Summary
The Marketing and Digital Growth Manager will lead the company's marketing, communications, and digital growth strategy for a 3-month contract period (with possible extension). Reporting directly to the CEO and Operations & Programs Manager, the role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive quarterly marketing plan covering brand management, digital campaigns, national media activations, e-commerce growth, and performance analytics.

The Manager will be required to submit a detailed 3-month strategic proposal at the start of the engagement, outlining work plans, marketing strategy, digital initiatives, KPIs, budget projections, and measurable performance targets aligned with the company's mission and growth objectives.



Job Description

The Marketing & Digital Growth Manager will:

  • Develop and execute a quarterly marketing and communications strategy.
  • Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts across social media, search, and paid advertising.
  • Plan and execute national radio and TV media campaigns.
  • Conduct digital marketing pilots and scale high-performing campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics dashboards.
  • Coordinate with media vendors, production teams, and advertising agencies.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership.
  • Recommend scalable growth strategies beyond the contract period.


Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing, Brand & Communications Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Create and enforce a Brand Guidelines Manual (visual identity, messaging, tone).
  • Oversee all campaigns and communications for quality and brand alignment.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media agencies.
  • Deliver quarterly strategy and performance reports.

2. Digital Marketing Oversight

  • Manage content creation and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Plan and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, SEO audits, and audience research.
  • Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
  • Maintain consistent content publishing schedules.

3. National Media Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute national radio and TV campaigns.
  • Develop scripts, oversee production, and manage post-production.
  • Negotiate airtime and manage broadcast schedules.
  • Monitor reach, audience engagement, and feedback.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all media outputs.

4. Digital Marketing Pilot & Strategy Development

  • Conduct research on digital trends and audience behavior.
  • Develop user personas and targeted messaging.
  • Launch pilot campaigns and monitor real-time performance.
  • Analyze results and recommend scale-up strategies.
  • Provide budget allocation and platform selection guidance.

5. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Develop weekly and monthly analytics dashboards.
  • Track digital, media, and e-commerce performance metrics.
  • Convert data insights into optimization strategies.
  • Deliver campaign evaluation reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure timely and transparent reporting.
