Job Summary
Responsible for developing new markets, strengthening agency relationships, and supporting sales growth within the assigned region, in line with aviation regulations and partnership policies.



Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with agencies to drive regional sales.
  • Identify market opportunities, assess new routes, and monitor competitor activities.
  • Conduct agency visits, telephone sales, and onboarding of new agencies.
  • Prepare monthly and annual market reports.
  • Ensure compliance with national/international aviation regulations and company policies.
  • Report safety issues, incidents, and customer complaints promptly.
  • Participate in required trainings and support corrective and preventive actions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Qualifications

  • Proven years of experience in aviation/airline industry 
  • Proficiency in English and a local language.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
  • Business awareness, teamwork, and continuous learning mindset.
  • Understanding of airline marketing operations and passenger engagement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
