Head of Operations – ShaQ Express
Looking for a proven logistics leader to manage and scale nationwide operations.

Salary: GHS 6,000 – 8,000 + performance incentives
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
* Minimum 6 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
* At least 3 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-region logistics operations.
* Strong experience managing fleet logistics, warehouse workflows, and last-mile delivery models.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 30+ people across diverse job roles and geographies.
* Strong command of Excel, operations software, and logistics reporting tools.
