Emirates CAE Flight Training (ECFT) is seeking skilled and motivated professionals to join its world-class aviation training facility in Dubai. The company provides advanced flight simulation training for commercial, business, and defense aviation sectors.
Successful candidates will be part of a global team supporting pilots, flight crews, and maintenance personnel with industry-leading simulation technology. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
• Operating and maintaining flight simulators and related training systems.
• Troubleshooting technical issues with flight simulation devices and ensuring operational readiness.
• Instructing and mentoring flight crews in simulator-based training sessions.
• Supporting engineering and calibration tasks to maintain compliance with aviation authority standards.
• Assisting in program management, administration, and customer relations for training operations.
