Job summary:
Kinapharma Limited is seeking skilled and experienced Machine Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidates will operate and maintain manufacturing machines efficiently, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.
Description:
• Operate and monitor machines used in pharmaceutical or packaging production.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth machine operation.
• Adhere to production schedules and quality standards.
• Record production data, report machine faults, and ensure timely repairs.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and minimal downtime.
Requirements:
• NVTI, HND, or related technical qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of machine operation, safety protocols, and maintenance.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
