Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales and Customer Excellence to lead our revenue growth and customer satisfaction initiatives. This executive role combines leadership in sales strategy with a deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will drive performance, foster loyalty, and align commercial goals with customer-centric values.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance standards.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth.
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership.
🔹 Customer Excellence:
- Design and implement customer experience frameworks that enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor customer feedback and service metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT) to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and support teams to resolve pain points and optimize the customer journey.
- Champion a customer-first culture across the organization.
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Align sales and customer excellence strategies with marketing, product development, and operations.
- Present insights and recommendations to the executive team and board.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical business practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in sales leadership, customer service, or business development roles.
- Proven record of leading sales teams and achieving growth in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of customer experience management frameworks.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, telecommunications, or service industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics, and reporting tools.
