 Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Present products or services to potential customers, answer questions, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Execution: Negotiate terms, close deals, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and customer data using CRM software.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status to management.
  • Customer Retention: Build long-term relationships and provide post-sale support to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

  •  A degree in Agriculture, Crop science or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in selling agrochemicals and fertilisers.
  •  A Strong network and established connections with large-scale clients in the agricultural sector is a must have.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
