We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead and drive growth across our three core business units:
• Technology
• Energy
• Material & Human Resource Sourcing
This is a strategic leadership role for a dynamic professional with a proven track record in driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies across all business units
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across diverse sectors
• Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
• Oversee branding, market positioning, and promotional activities
• Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to executive management
Requirements
• Minimum of 15+ years’ experience in Sales and Marketing
• Strong experience in Sales and marketing in areas such as; Telecom, Software Development, Solar Energy, CCTV, Dedicated Internet, Electricals, and related products/services
• Proven record of closing high-value deals (evidence required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Master’s degree (MBA or related) is an added advantage
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to operate across multiple industries and manage complex portfolios
