FitSynQ is a technology platform designed to help gyms streamline their operations. Many fitness centers still rely on manual systems such as clipboards, WhatsApp messages, and spreadsheets to manage members and track facility usage.

FitSynQ provides a smarter alternative—allowing members to check in through QR codes while enabling gym managers and owners to monitor attendance and activity across their facilities in real time.

As an early-stage company, we are focused on expanding awareness of the platform and building strong partnerships with gyms.

Role Overview

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging gyms, studios, and fitness facilities to introduce FitSynQ and secure product demonstrations with decision-makers.

This is a highly field-oriented role that involves visiting gyms in person, initiating conversations with owners or senior managers, and scheduling product demonstrations for the FitSynQ team.

Success in this role is measured by the number of qualified demos booked and partnerships secured.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit gyms, fitness studios, and training facilities within assigned areas.
  • Identify and engage gym owners, managers, or key decision-makers.
  • Introduce FitSynQ and explain the value of the platform to potential clients.
  • Assess whether the solution fits the operational needs of the gym.
  • Schedule product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested gyms to move them through the sales process.
  • Provide feedback to the FitSynQ team on market insights, client concerns, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently approach and engage business owners and managers.
  • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection.
  • Basic understanding or interest in technology products.
  • Familiarity with gym environments and fitness culture is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, promotions, recruitment, or client engagement is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • No formal degree requirement.

Compensation

  • Base retainer to cover time and travel expenses.
  • Incentives for each demo successfully attended.
  • Commission for every gym that signs up to use FitSynQ (higher-value deals earn higher commissions).

  • Regularly spends time in gyms or the fitness community.
  • Is comfortable approaching new people and starting conversations.
  • Has the persistence to handle rejection and keep pursuing opportunities.
  • Is motivated by performance-based earnings.
