 Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving branch sales, managing the sales team, and developing strategies to grow the customer base. The role also involves building strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve and exceed branch sales targets for insurance products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors and sales staff.
  • Monitor team performance and motivate staff to achieve targets.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and address service-related issues.
  • Maintain proper reporting and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • 5–8 years of experience in insurance or financial services sales, with leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
