Job Summary
We are urgently seeking graduates who are result-driven and smart Sales Reps with 1–2 years of FMCG experience to manage assigned territories. The ideal candidate must have strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors within their designated market and a proven ability to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
-Drive sales and achieve assigned monthly targets within designated territory
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
-Identify and onboard new retailers and wholesalers
-Ensure proper product visibility and market penetration
-Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
-Execute promotions and trade marketing activities
-Ensure timely order taking and payment collection
-Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
