JOB DESCRIPTION – SHOP ATTENDANT (FEMALE)
Location: Cantonments, Accra
Working Hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: GHS 1,000
Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and customer-friendly Shop Attendant to manage daily shop activities and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers politely
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing items
- Arrange and display products neatly
- Handle cash and process sales transactions
- Issue receipts where necessary
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop
- Open and close the shop as assigned
Requirements
- Female applicant preferred
- Minimum SHS education
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Must reside in or around Cantonments
