As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing transactions, and building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for individuals who are target-driven, proactive, and hungry for growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Revenue Growth:
-Drive property sales and lease transactions
-Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
-Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects
-Convert leads into successful deals:
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
-Respond promptly to inquiries and client needs
-Promote property listings within your network
-Support client retention and repeat business
Operations & Reporting:
-Maintain accurate records of clients and transactions
-Provide regular updates on sales activities
-Follow up consistently on leads and client requests
-Problem Solving & Client Experience
-Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
-Handle objections and concerns professionally
-Ensure a smooth and satisfying client journey
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Proven experience in sales (real estate is very much needed)
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Target-driven with a passion for closing deals
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-A strong desire to grow and succeed in a competitive environment
