Job Objective
To drive corporate sales, manage key accounts, lead and win bids, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective pricing, credit, and payment management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow corporate (B2B/B2G) client accounts
- Lead the entire bidding process and negotiate contracts successfully
- Develop and maintain active clients with consistent monthly volumes
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships
- Manage pricing to ensure profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis and sales reports
- Handle account reconciliation, credit control, and cash collection
- Build strong professional networks within the corporate sector
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and reports
- Continuously improve sales skills and industry knowledge
Key Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience as Sales Rep or similar role (FMCG experience preferred)
- Proven B2B/B2G sales and bidding experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Target-driven and results-oriented
