 CORE DELIVERABLES:
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the HoReCa channel in Greater Accra.
Identify and onboard new HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g. chefs, F&B managers, procurement officers).
Conduct regular field visits to monitor client needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain to ensure stock availability and delivery reliability.
Manage and mentor a growing team of HoReCa Sales Executives.
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and service agreements within defined margins and policies.
Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotions, product sampling, and menu placement strategies.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:

Use CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and order volumes.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
Support senior management with strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
Provide feedback and insights on competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies, procedures, and reporting standards.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in HoReCa, FMCG, or B2B sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the foodservice and hospitality industry in Ghana.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
Experience using CRM and sales tracking tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
