Job Summary
Auto bridge Ghana is looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and closing
sales for our direct-from-USA vehicle deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively
- Provide after-sales support when necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of English (local languages are a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer and phone handling skills
- Positive attitude and strong persuasion skills
