Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive for our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and proven sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Present and sell products/services using effective sales techniques.
Meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research on customer needs and competitors.
Provide regular sales reports and performance updates.
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Represent the company at trade shows and networking events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
At least 2 years of sales or business development experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Knowledge of the market and ability to travel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus).
