Dignicare Essentials is hiring an Operations Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support daily operations, drive sales, and manage customer engagement.
This is a dynamic role for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about building a growing brand.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION
· Process and manage daily customer orders (WhatsApp, website, direct)
· Track and update inventory levels
· Coordinate deliveries with dispatch riders/logistics partners
· Maintain accurate records (sales, stock, customer data)
· Support supplier coordination and restocking
· Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

2. SALES SUPPORT
· Respond to customer inquiries promptly (WhatsApp, Instagram)
· Convert inquiries into sales
· Follow up with leads and existing customers
· Promote subscription/repeat orders
· Support pharmacy outreach and follow-ups
· Assist in managing distributor relationships

3. MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA
· Post content on Instagram and other platforms
· Assist with influencer outreach and coordination
· Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
· Support execution of campaigns (e.g., 

4. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
· Ensure fast, professional, and friendly communication
· Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
· Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
· Encourage repeat purchases and loyalty

5. REPORTING & TRACKING
· Update daily sales tracker (Excel)
· Track influencer performance and promo codes
· Maintain pharmacy CRM updates
· Provide weekly performance summaries to CEO

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
Operations
· Order accuracy rate (target: 98%+)
· Delivery turnaround time

Sales
· Daily/weekly sales targets
· Conversion rate (inquiries → purchases)
· Repeat customer rate

Marketing
· Social media posting consistency (4–5 posts/week)
· Engagement rate (likes, comments, DMs)


IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Skills:
· Strong communication skills
· Organized and detail-oriented
· Tech-savvy (WhatsApp, Instagram, Excel)
· Sales-oriented mindset
· Ability to multitask

Experience:
· 1–3 years in admin, sales, or marketing roles
· Experience in retail, eCommerce, or customer service, or sales is a plus
· Graduate Degree in Marketing is a plus
