Job Summary
We're recruiting for Sales Managers for a Samsung entrepreneur. The company offers customers the opportunity to own Samsung phones through flexible payment plans, allowing installment payments weekly or monthly.
Key Responsibilities:
•Recruit, lead, and supervise Team Leads and Sales Supervisors across assigned regions.
•Oversee the entire sales process and ensure business objectives are met.
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market expansion.
•Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare periodic reports.
•Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance.
•Represent the company brand with excellence and integrity in all engagements.
Requirements:
•Minimum of HND / B.Sc / MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
•Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in mobile device or FMCG distribution.
•Must have at least a team of 5 - 10 DSR/Canvassers to start with.
•Demonstrated experience managing large teams and achieving ambitious targets.
