JOB DESCRIPTION
a. Own and drive sales processes, policy adherence, and documentation.
b. Manage sales data and sales forecasting, including pipeline quality monitoring and assessment with actionable improvement measures.
c. Responsible for the organization and coordination of sales meetings and related issues.
d. Manage major projects according to company standards, including project initiation, analysis meetings, risk identification, and issue resolution.
e. Act as the interface for enterprise sales system projects, ensuring compliance with internal controls and process governance, and perform any other assigned tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS, BUSINESS SKILLS & PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, ICT, or related fields.
Business Skills:
a. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel for statistical analysis and business reporting.
b. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
c. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
d. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
e. Strong business acumen and forecasting skills.
Experience:
a. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations or related roles within the ICT industry.
b. Proven experience in sales process management, reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
Language:
Good command of verbal and written English
