Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2–3 years proven experience in a sales role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
