Job Purpose
The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting, selling, & expanding SEMRANI TRADING’s client base across targeted sectors. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, increasing market share & building strong relationships with B2B & institutional clients for office equipment and IT solutions.


Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify & pursue new business opportunities within target sectors such as Printing & Graphics, Corporate Clients, Distribution Channels, Schools & Universities.
Product Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the company’s product portfolio & effectively communicate technical & commercial value to clients.
Portfolio Management: Manage and grow an existing client portfolio while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction & retention.
Sales & Negotiation: Present products and services, prepare tailored proposals, & negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends in Ghana, analyze competitors, & provide strategic feedback to management.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet & exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets set by management.
Reporting: Maintain accurate activity reports & sales forecasts using the company’s CRM system.


Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in one or more of the following areas:
    - Office Equipment / Printing & Graphics Industry
    - Sales to Corporate Organizations
    - Distribution Channel Management (Resellers/Dealers)

Skills & Attributes
Strong product knowledge or interest in office equipment & IT solutions.
Excellent teamwork & collaboration skills across departments.
Strong communication, negotiation, & presentation skills.
High level of autonomy with effective time management & organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools & CRM systems.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (including French or local Ghanaian languages) are an advantage.
