Responsibilities
Create sales quotes from sales orders daily using PPL’s order collection process and confirm payments with Finance for chicks and feed.
Transfer orders from form responses into the order tracker system.
Organize dispatch lists based on the 2–3 week waiting period.
Submit orders to Operations on time to ensure smooth dispatch planning.
Contact clients to obtain missing order information.
Improve sales order processes in collaboration with the Sales team under National Sales Manager’s guidance.
Perform any other duties assigned by the National Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Marketing, Accounting, Animal Health, Agro-Economics, Veterinary, or related fields.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and amicably with the sales team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Strong time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple customers and tasks while meeting company deadlines.
