Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate field sales activities within assigned locations
• Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets
• Identify new market opportunities and drive product distribution
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports
• Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships
Requirements:
• Diploma, HND, or Degree in any relevant field
• Experience in sales or field supervision is an added advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
