A leading securities firm is seeking experienced Institutional Sales & Corporate Access professionals to build and manage relationships with domestic and international institutional investors, while driving equity and fixed income transaction flow across the Nigerian capital markets.
Responsibilities
- Originate and deliver high-quality corporate access (NDRs, 1:1 meetings, site visits, conferences).
- Build and manage institutional client relationships, both onshore and offshore.
- Generate equity trading flow and fixed income execution mandates.
- Provide market intelligence and collaborate with research, trading, and product teams.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in institutional sales, capital markets, or relationship management (Mid-Level).
- 5–10 years’ experience in institutional sales, capital markets, or relationship management (Senior Level).
- Strong understanding of Nigerian equities and fixed income markets.
- Proven ability to convert relationships into consistent revenue flow.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial judgment skills.
