  Job Description
The UAE Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing channel partners, and expanding Fanvil’s market presence in the UAE. The role focuses on developing strong distributor relationships, increasing sales performance, and executing strategic market development plans within the networking and security industry.
 
 

 Key Responsibilities

  •  Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors and channel partners in the UAE 
  •  Drive sales growth and achieve business targets in the assigned market 
  •  Execute market development and sales strategies to expand brand presence 
  •  Conduct regular customer visits, partner meetings, and product presentations 
  •  Support marketing and branding activities alongside local partners 
  •  Gather market intelligence, monitor competitors, and identify new business opportunities 
  •  Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business progress 


 

 Requirements 

  •  Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the networking or security industry 
  •  Strong knowledge of the UAE market and customer landscape 
  •  Proven track record in channel development and sales performance delivery 
  •  Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  •  Fluent in English (required); Arabic is highly preferred 
  •  Strong understanding of UAE business culture and practices 
  •  Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment 
  •  Willingness to travel within the UAE as required
