We are looking for a Team Lead to supervise field agents responsible for onboarding sub-distributors, wholesalers, and retailers (e.g., Guinness, Multipro) onto the OmniPay platform.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide field agents daily
Drive KYC and onboarding targets
Conduct field visits and ensure quality execution
Track KPIs and submit performance reports
Coordinate with stakeholders and resolve field issues
Requirements
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in field sales or related roles is an advantage
Target-driven with good reporting ability
