We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Head of Sales to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth across our pharmaceutical product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
• Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Business or Marketing)
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to drive results and meet targets
