Job Summary
The Sales Executive drives business growth by identifying, nurturing, and converting real estate sales opportunities. The role involves generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting revenue targets through strategic outreach and strong client relationships.
Key duties include prospecting, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, tracking performance, and improving conversion processes, while ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the real estate journey.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of the real estate sales process and market trends.
Proficiency in CRM tools.
