Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales operations within the mining and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, securing equipment placement contracts, managing client relationships, and developing strategic sales initiatives to expand the company’s market presence.
 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets 
  •  Identify and secure equipment placement contracts within the mining and construction industries 
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders 
  •  Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close business deals 
  •  Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities 
  •  Manage and supervise the sales team to ensure performance targets are achieved 
  •  Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans 
  •  Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking platforms 
  •  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support 


Requirements 

  •  Minimum of 10 years’ working experience in sales or business development 
  •  Proven experience within the mining and construction industries 
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 
  •  Professional qualification in Sales or Marketing is an advantage 
  •  Strong network within the mining and construction sectors 
  •  Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills 
  •  Ability to work under pressure and meet targets 
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
