JOB SUMMARY:
An Insurance Company is seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Executives to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving insurance product sales, managing client relationships, and supporting underwriting processes to ensure excellent service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Drive sales of insurance products to meet and exceed assigned targets.
-Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
-Work closely with the underwriting team to ensure accurate policy documentation and risk assessment.
-Prepare and submit sales reports and client documentation as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Experience in underwriting is required.
- Minimum qualification of OND/HND/BSc in any related field.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.

HARCOURT, ABEOKUTA, IBADAN, ILORIN, BENIN
SALARY: ₦100,000 Monthly
