Role Summary

The Sales & Marketing Lead is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening brand presence across MSIG’s product portfolio, including Flame Condoms, BK1, Mariprist, and Misoclear.

The role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who will manage sales operations, oversee distribution networks, and lead marketing initiatives across retail, distributor, and healthcare channels.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs.
  • Recruit and supervise field promotional staff.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and field support.

2. Distributor & Retail Channel Management

  • Build and maintain strong distributor relationships.
  • Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and promotional agreements.
  • Monitor distributor and retail performance.
  • Expand distribution networks, including non-traditional channels.

3. Healthcare Channel Development

  • Oversee pharmaceutical product distribution to hospitals and clinics.
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Identify growth opportunities within public and private healthcare sectors.

4. Marketing & Brand Execution

  • Plan and execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.
  • Lead brand activations and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
  • Align marketing strategies with commercial objectives.

5. Data-Driven Commercial Performance

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and performance frameworks.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (POS, ERP, EHR).
  • Use insights to drive strategic and operational decisions.

Success Indicators (12–18 Months)

  • Increased revenue and sales volumes across all product lines.
  • Expanded distributor and retail network coverage.
  • Improved market share and brand visibility.
  • Successful execution of high-impact marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in sales, commercial operations, or social marketing.
  • At least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience managing distributors, retail networks, and healthcare channels.
