2. Can design, set up, and improve workflows, automations, validation rules, and custom objects in Salesforce.
3. Has handled lead routing, sales pipeline stages, and the whole revenue process from lead to opportunity to reporting.
4. Can turn business needs into scalable CRM solutions and processes.
5. Understands data management well – keeping data clean, accurate, and following good governance practices.
6. Can connect third‑party tools (like sales engagement or marketing automation software) with Salesforce.
7. Is good at creating reports, dashboards, and analytics to help sales and go‑to‑market decisions.
