Executive Premium Limited, a company engaged in the sale and rental of heavy-duty trucks, is seeking skilled and experienced Sales Managers and Sales Officers to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s range of heavy-duty trucks and services. They will also be expected to meet sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall expansion and profitability of the business.
Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
*Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
*Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
*Oversee key accounts and negotiate high-value contracts
*Monitor market trends and competitor activities
*Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
*Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in heavy equipment or automotive industry
*Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
*Proven track record in achieving sales targets
