The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships and representing the company professionally. We are a finance company supporting individuals with capital needs to fund their daily and project requirements. Our target markets are a range of qualified non-payrollers.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend to walk-in customers and provide accurate product/service information
* Actively promote and sell company products/services
* Develop and manage strategic relationships with key customers in relevant market segments
* Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
* Keep proper sales records and submit regular reports
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Requirements
* Minimum of HND/BSc in relevant field
* Proven experience in sales and marketing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and record-keeping ability
* Must reside in Osogbo and its environs or be willing to relocate
