JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a high-performing International Sales Representative to drive new business acquisition in the US, UK, EU, and other international markets. The International Sales Representative role will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing B2B outsourcing contracts with mid-market and enterprise clients. This is a performance-driven role suited for a disciplined, globally minded seller with strong outbound prospecting skills and the ability to sell complex service solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and target international companies aligned with eSAL’s ideal customer profile (fintech, insurance, ecommerce, collections, etc).
- Execute structured outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and
networking. - Generate and qualify high-value opportunities.
- Book and lead discovery calls with decision-makers (CX Heads, COOs, Founders).
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Conduct needs analysis and solution positioning.
- Work with operations team to structure proposals and pricing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
- Research into the industry to provide insights into potential products and services.
- Provide feedback on competitor positioning and pricing.
- Support go-to-market strategy refinement.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5+ years experience in B2B sales (preferably outsourcing, SaaS, tech, or professional services).
- Proven experience selling to international markets.
- Strong outbound prospecting experience.
- Experience managing long sales cycles (60–120 days).
- Experience in BPO, CX, fintech, or tech-enabled services.
- Existing international network.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
