Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team . The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills and at least 2 years of proven sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers using solid sales techniques.
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other networking events when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Good knowledge of the market and ability to travel within the region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English (knowledge of local languages is an added advantage).
