Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring products are well displayed, adequately stocked, and attractively presented in retail outlets to drive sales and improve brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Arrange and display products according to company standards
• Ensure shelves are clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Create attractive promotional and seasonal displays
• Monitor stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations
• Build strong relationships with store managers and retail staff
• Negotiate for better shelf space and promotional placements
• Execute in-store promotions and distribute POS materials
Requirements
• Minimum SSCE/WASSCE (Diploma/HND in Marketing or related field is an advantage)
• 1–2 years merchandising experience (FMCG/retail preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Good understanding of local retail market
• Ability to work independently and manage routes effectively
