About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead HR operations and office management for our Nigeria office (approx. 40 employees).
This is a senior, standalone role for someone who can work independently, ensure compliance, and partner effectively with Group HR.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, performance reviews, and exits
Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and Group HR policies
Maintain accurate employee data and support ESS platform usage
Handle employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance processes
Oversee office operations, vendors, and facilities
Drive employee engagement and support internal communications
Provide HR reporting and support annual HR cycles
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
6–8+ years’ HR generalist experience
Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) preferred
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law
Experience in a standalone HR role and office management is an advantage
