The Deputy General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing operations and ensuring effective coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing company strategies and policies.
- Supervise departmental activities and ensure targets are met.
- Support budgeting, planning, and reporting.
- Step in for the General Manager when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5–8 years of management experience.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
