About the Role
Our client, a Tier 2 accounting and advisory firm serving Africa’s high-growth startups and SMEs across fintech, energy, logistics, manufacturing, and software, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring efficiency, coordination, and seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support project tracking, task coordination, and priority management for executives.
Assist with office administration and ad-hoc operational tasks as required.
Support client engagements and leadership activities where necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Google Workspace).
Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work independently.
Experience working in a professional services, consulting, or corporate environment is an advantage.
