Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal assistant support to senior management, including managing executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage correspondence, reports, memos, and internal communications on behalf of management.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and follow up on internal requisitions and documentation.
  • Coordinate pool vehicle scheduling, supervise drivers, and oversee office cleaners to ensure efficient office operations.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant to senior management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
