Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, running errands, and managing front desk reception duties.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, restrooms, and common areas.
Run office errands, including bank runs, deliveries, and procurement of office supplies.
Manage the reception area and attend to visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, manage visitor logs, and handle basic administrative tasks.
Support administrative staff with clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE qualification.
Previous experience in office cleaning, front desk, or similar roles is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, punctual, and hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
