Responsibilities:
- Support the President in executive planning and decision‑making.
- Improve office efficiency using technology, AI, and automation.
- Assist in communication with the Board and key stakeholders.
- Manage meeting requests, scheduling, and appointments.
- Conduct research and prepare meeting documents.
- Coordinate travel plans and prepare agendas.
- Prepare internal and external communications and presentations.
- Manage expense reports and financial reconciliations.
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Lead and support special projects as assigned.
Qualification:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, creativity and flexibility
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Tech‑savvy with ability to learn and troubleshoot new tools
- Strong multitasking and deadline management skills
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and problem‑solving ability
- French or Ghanaian language skills are a plus
- Masters of Business Administration required
- Five (5) years Working Experience in similar field required
