Job Summary
The Senior Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations of the company, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, maintaining compliance documentation, supervising support staff, and supporting management in operational efficiency within the manufacturing environment.



Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Operations Management
• Oversee daily administrative activities of the factory and head office.
• Supervise admin assistants, clerks, security liaison, and support staff.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record keeping.
• Coordinate internal communication across departments.

2. Regulatory & Compliance Documentation
• Maintain company licenses and regulatory documents (NAFDAC, SON, MAN, CAC, Local permits).
• Track renewal dates and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare documentation for inspections and audits.
• Maintain insurance, tenancy, and statutory records.

3. Facility & Asset Management
• Oversee maintenance of office and factory facilities.
• Monitor utility usage (electricity, diesel, water, waste disposal).
• Coordinate repairs and vendor services.
• Manage company vehicles documentation and service schedule.

4. HR & Staff Administration Support
• Maintain staff records and files.
• Issue queries, warning letters, and internal memos as directed.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and staff documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation for new hires.

5. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
• Manage purchase requisitions and approvals.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers.
• Compare quotations and support management decision-making.
• Ensure proper documentation of all purchases.

6. Inventory & Store Oversight (Administrative Angle)
• Supervise store documentation and stock records.
• Ensure proper documentation of finished goods and raw materials movement.
• Support audit processes and stock verification exercises.

7. Reporting & Management Support
• Prepare weekly and monthly administrative reports.
• Support management meetings with minutes and documentation.
• Assist in policy drafting and internal control improvement.



Qualifications & Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years administrative experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word).
