KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Manage correspondence, filing and records
- Support membership registration and data management
- Assist in organising meetings, trainings and events
- Handle front desk enquiries and member support
- Support basic finance and logistics tasks
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/HND (Business/Procurement preferred)
- Knowledge of procurement is an advantage
- Must be a GIPS member
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team
