Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Risk and Compliance Officer to identify, assess, and monitor risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement risk management policies
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions
Prepare compliance and risk reports
Train staff on compliance procedures and policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in risk management or compliance
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and AML policies
Strong analytical and investigative skills
High ethical standards and attention to detail
